Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, Pottery Selections Co does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Pottery Selections Co so we can review your situation. Each case is reviewed individually, and contacting us does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Damage After Delivery

Pottery Selections Co is not responsible for damage that occurs after an item has been successfully delivered, including damage caused by improper handling, use, storage, cleaning, care, accidents, drops, or misuse.

Handmade Items

Our products are handmade by artisans, and no two pieces will be exactly alike. Variations in color, shape, size, texture, glaze, painting, design, and other handmade details are natural characteristics of artisan-made products and are not considered defects or damage.
